The folks at American Quality Roofing are very
responsive, calling us back in a matter of minutes after
we submitted our request for help over the weekend! They
showed up one time, were very professional and
incredibly helpful. We needed a roofing mitigation
report in order to help save money on our wind storm
insurance, and they were very helpful in showing us what
needed to get done. We would recommend them for any

When I noticed roof leaks I first spoke to a neighbor
who had just had his roof replaced fpr a recommendation.
His roofer was out of town but did recommend another
roofer who he said could do the work. The roofer was
busy and inspected the leaks 3 days after I had called.
He went into the attic and did a though inspection. He
could not give me an estimate of the cost at the time of
the inspection but said he would email me the estimate
which I received 2 days later. Not knowing what
repairing roof leaks cost I wasn't sure if the price was
fair. It seemed high to me so I called another roofer
from the yellow pages who was in business many years.
The second roofer came to inspect the same day I called
but did not inspect because of lightning but came back
the next morning. He did not go into the attic saying it
was not necessary; he only looked at the interior
ceiling stains and gave me an estimate that was almost
twice what the original roofing company quoted. I then
called some one I use for general house repairs.

WAS SO HAPPY TO FIND THAT HE WAS STILL IN BUSINESS AND

EXCELLENT WORK AND EXCELLENT PEOPLE Back in 2003 Bill
Zembrowski of American Quality Roofing put a new roof on
our home. They did a excellent job and I was extremely
pleased with the job they did. With that being said when
I needed a hollywood roofing contractor to do some work
on the house, the first person I called was Bill. My
wife said to me " hope they are still in business". Well
they are! Bill came right over the day we called, went
and got the materials and brought them over. started
work the next morning and was done by mid-afternoon.
Great price and great work. Believe me when I say I'm
hard to please. Can't go wrong with American Quality
Roofing.

PROFESSIONAL/COURTEOUS ROOF CONTRACTOR AND INSPECTOR In
2001, Mr. Zebrowski and his company, American Quality
Roofing, re-roofed my house. I am not an easy customer.
In fact, I was up on the roof every day to make sure
they did a good job. Needless to say, there was no need
for me to supervise. They were very professional. After
the work was done there was no mess left in my house. My
roof has never leaked. I have been so pleased that I
hired them again to do a repair on a side of the roof
after employees of DirecTV made holes in it while
installing their antenna. He also did the roof
inspection and certification for my homeowner's

EXCELLENT WORK, GREAT PRICE, FRIENDLY PEOPLE American
Quality Roofers gets my highest recommendation. They
were a joy to work with and did an excellent job. We
have had a many good contractors doing work on our old
house since we bought it. But AQR was definitely the
best. Bill and his guys fixed a problem on our flat
parapet roof that two previous roofers had only made
worse, and they did it for a very reasonable price.
Everyone on their crew was friendly and knowledgeable.
We enjoyed having them around while the work was being
done. We also had them add two skylights while they were
at it. Nice work!

Their follow-up before and after I made a commitment with them was exceptional. Their salesman, Joe, is personable, knowledgeable, and communicative, and he was diligent about getting me a fair price for the highest quality materials. The ladies in the office were friendly yet professional, and consistently treated me as if I was their most important customer.
